TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

All products purchased on the simonarandazzo.com website are sold directly by Simona Randazzo srl, a company with registered office in Via della Libertà 38, 90141 Palermo, VAT number 06283350822
The offer and sale of the products on the simonarandazzo.com website are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated;

PURCHASE METHOD

For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and the essential characteristics: the material, the size, the unit price.
The images of the products on sale may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Simona Randazzo srl is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on simonarandazzo.com.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.

ORDER

Placing the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed upon personal registration of the Customer.
Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
The purchase of products for sale on simonarandazzo.com can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf. Simona Randazzo srl will communicate to the customer via e-mail any impossibility to accept the orders received

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the price of the product and shipping costs.

PRODUCT PRICE

The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.

The products ordered remain the property of Simona Randazzo srl until the relevant price has been fully collected.

SHIPPING METHODS

Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is the responsibility of the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY STATUS

The Customer can follow the status of the shipment by entering the number of his shipment.
The web page presents the exact and updated movements of the shipment.
SHIPPING COST

All purchases are delivered via TNT, UPS and DHL couriers.
The following table shows the shipping costs:
The cost of express shipping to Italy is €12.00. The cost of standard shipping in Italy is €7.00. For orders over €200 shipping costs are free.
The cost of shipping abroad is €20.00.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

To guarantee the security of the shipment, the shipper requests the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package has imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered and that the packaging is intact, undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If the products do not meet your requests, you can request a return or exchange.
The conditions for returns are as follows:
The purchased goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
To carry out the return procedure you must send an email to info@simonarandazzo.com
To make the return, wait for the return authorization issued by Simona Randazzo srl and all the information necessary to proceed.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The return is accepted only if the indicated procedure is followed.
The products must be returned in the original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping, and followed by the respective receipt.
Returning the product involves paying shipping costs.
Simona Randazzo srl sends an email confirming receipt of the return and activation of the replacement procedure

To make a change you must send an email to info@simonarandazzo.com . The purchased goods can be exchanged for other items within 15 days from the delivery date, while ring size changes can be made within 30 days.

DELIVERY TIME

From receipt of the order, the delivery time of the products is 7 – 8 working days for standard shipments in Italy (10 days for abroad). For express shipments in Italy the delivery time is 4 – 5 working days.
Deliveries are made by TNT, UPS and DHL.
The shipper requires the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery.
The Customer is asked to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered. Please promptly indicate any change of address
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.
At the time of shipment, Simona Randazzo srl communicates the shipment number to the Customer via email
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 days. working hours must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 days of order confirmation.
